• Sheet Extrusion Making Machine, using at clean room for GMP factory
• T-die adopts special flow channel design and temperature control device, which can keep the plastic material at a constant temperature and speed. A stable average output ensures the sheet be flat.
• Forming calendar roller and cooling calendar roller is numerical NC controlled; the synchronous adjustment is by the proportion of rollers. The electric control panel adopts HMI design, which can precisely adjust the spacing of precise wheel, and it is in-line cutting forming or re-winding (as photo).
